Tecside are seeking a Team Leader/Supervisor to support our clients’ current Café and Restaurant Supervisors who also have experience managing a small team of front-of-house staff.

About you (FOH TEAM LEAD)

– Previous experience as a Café or Restaurant Supervisor (or similar role)
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Commit to 6-month contract 5 days on 2 days off

About you (FOH wait staff)

• Delivering meals
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Bar service
• Cash/EFTPOS handling
• Café (Barista responsibilities)

Skills and Experience:

• RSA Certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
• Flexibility to work in both a busy café environment and a hotel restaurant
• Barista skills required
• Confident cash handling skills and processing financial (eftpos) transactions
• Customer service

These are remote live in roles, all accommodation paid for , all utilities paid for. A pre-employment medical and NPC is required for this role. Back packers with relevant experience encouraged to apply
