The Job & You

You have demonstrated success recruiting in a blue collar (skilled trades and unskilled labour) capacity, and are looking for a new challenge which will lead your personal growth in line with our business objectives and platform into new markets. This role would suit someone with 2+ years experience in an agency setting.

You are an ambitious self-starter and bring your additional skills and experience to an already successful team. You thrive on success and want to work for an organisation that appreciates the work you do.

Responsibilities:

• Build successful business relationships with both clients and candidates
• Full screening & due diligence
• Interview & register candidates
• Schedule and mobilise candidates
• Manage a busy jobs board
• Place adverts using Database, Seek, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook to help source personnel.
• Administration and paperwork priority
• Account Management skills desirable

We are looking for someone with the following skills, experience, and attributes:

• Proven experience in Blue Collar (skilled and unskilled labour) or similar role in a recruitment agency setting.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle a high volume of recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent solutions.
• Proficiency in utilising applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
