Tecside Group acquires SeaStone Group Pty Ltd
Tecside Group today announced their formal acquisition of SeaStone Group Pty Ltd, with settlement date being Monday 1st February 2016.
This acquisition is a strategic transaction as Tecside continues to build on its current portfolio as well as diversify into the highly lucrative Healthcare and Medical Space within Australia and South East Asia.
SeaStone Group Pty Ltd will rebrand as Tecside Group. Integral to the transaction was the retaining of key directors Shawn Murphy and Jayde Tahu. SeaStone’s Managing Director Shawn Murphy will report directly to Tecside Group CEO Shayne Pollack and head up the Healthcare and Medical product line both within Australia and South East Asia whereby SeaStone currently service numerous clients.
Jayde will be responsible for the development of the Technical & Professional space as the businesses align their clients and service strategies.
SeaStone is a boutique agency with a presence in Perth and Sydney with a client base stretching throughout Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East providing permanent and contract staffing within the Oil and Gas, EPCM, Construction and Health and Medical industries.
SeaStone hold an impressive book of Health and Medical clients across Primary Care, Tertiary Care and Occupational and Allied Health.
This acquisition by Tecside Group further supports our growth initiatives, diversifying our product offering and continuing our expansion into South East Asia.
