We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Sales & Client Coordinator to support our Chief Sales Officer and Business Development team across national sales operations, tenders, proposals, contracts, reporting, client coordination, and executive support.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, pace, quality, and getting things done properly.
You’ll become a key coordination point nationally – helping bring together high-quality submissions, polished client documentation, streamlined processes, and strong client portfolio coordination that enables the sales team to focus on growth.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support a broad mix of commercial and operational activities, including:
- Coordinating tenders, proposals, and client submissions
- Preparing commercial documentation, presentations, and pricing schedules
- Managing timelines, approvals, and submission requirements
- Supporting the coordination and administration of Tecside’s national client portfolio
- Maintaining accurate client records, documentation, reporting, and engagement tracking
- Acting as a central coordination point across national client activity and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining proposal libraries, templates, and supporting materials
- Supporting contracts and commercial administration
- Assisting with sales reporting, dashboards, and pipeline coordination
- Providing executive support to the CSO and BD team
- Coordinating meetings, travel, presentations, and reporting
- Supporting sales and marketing collateral development
- Working across teams nationally to keep projects and deliverables moving

Experience with tenders, proposals, contracts, client portfolio coordination, or client-facing documentation will be highly regarded.
