Our clients has over 60 years experiance in sealing technologies. They currently have a distribution network of 15 branches accross Australia and New Zealand. hey are currenlty in need of 1 x experianced sales consultant and 1 x experianced storeman to join their ever expanding company.

Internal Sales Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

What we are looking for:

• A strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in industrial products is highly regarded but not essential).
• A proactive and solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
• A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge in bearings, power transmission, and industrial solutions.
• A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to achieving branch goals.

Storeman Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process front counter orders
• General warehouse duties as required
• Attend to receiving and despatching of stock
• Operate Forklift – loading and unloading when required
• Delivery – Required to do deliveries in Motion company vehicle
• Manual handling

Who are you?

• Warehouse experience preferred with forklift license.
• Vehicle license – required.
• Work autonomously within a team environment.
• Good verbal and written skills
• Computer literate at an intermediate level
• Ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
