Tecside are seeking Powder Coaters to join a fast-growing manufacturer company located at Wetherill Park. These positions are availaible an immediate start, Monday to Friday from 8:30AM – 4:30 PM, $34+p/h.
About the role:
- Powder coating, sand-blasting and occasional spray-painting
- Mixing paints and coatings to colour specifications
- Setting up, operating and cleaning application equipment
- Touch-ups and painting of small parts
- Conducting in-process and final quality-assurance checks
- Maintaining a tidy, well-organised work area while following WHS procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience in powder coating or industrial spray-painting/blasting
- Confident with hand and power tools (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time-management and a proactive work ethic
