- Minimum 6-month contract position with possibility for extension

Their product range includes earthmoving machinery, mining equipment, mobile cranes, tower cranes, maritime cranes as well as foundation and piling equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand.
The position:
The Service Administrator is responsible for the provision of timely and effective administrative services to the Maritime Cranes Division and its Customers.
In this role you will liaise directly with internal and external customers as well as form strong working relationships with internal sales, service, parts, warehouse and Maritime Cargo personnel.
The duties include:
Provision of timely and effective administrative services such as but not limited to:
- Accounts administration (invoicing, customer payments, credit terms, insurance, raising both sales and purchase orders, customer statements)
- Sales administration (open/close projects, quotations, sales contracts, commission claims)
- Maintaining sales documents and machine files (Rental and Sales)
- Raise capital expenditure requests, update register, asset stock take, assist with asset budget and vehicle fleet management
- Prepare and process warranty claims
- Process Expense Claims and expense Authorisation
- Travel Bookings
Skills / Experience:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant industry experience would be a strong advantage
- Must be an exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multitask and independently prioritize workload according to competing demands
