Tecside is currently recruiting experienced Excavator and All-Round Operators for various small, high-performing gold mine sites across the Goldfields. These are ongoing FIFO roles on a 2:1 roster with excellent pay, paid travel, and strong potential for permanent employment.
π° Pay Rates
- Excavator Operators – $70-$71/hr
- All-Round Operators – $60-$65/hr
12-13 hour days on site
π Roster & Details
- FIFO from Perth
- 2:1 Roster
- Small, close-knit team with excellent site culture and camp facilities
- Long-term opportunity with temp-to-perm potential
π οΈ Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ gold production mining experience
- Excavator Operators: Experience on Hitachi 1200 excavators
- All-Rounders: Proficient across multiple machines including Excavators, Dozers (D10), Grader (CAT 14M), Wheel Loader (CAT 982), Dump Trucks (CAT 777), Moxy Water Cart
- Proven ability to meet production targets safely and efficiently
β Mandatory Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within 12 months)
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + LABDAS
- Demonstrated experience in a production mining environment
