As a senior manager you would have superior skills in people management and in the delivery of a safe project environment. Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the complete drilling operations including the coordination of rigs, crew and equipment.Play an integral role in the management and development of Safety First culture.Ensure that all site drilling operations are managed in a safe & responsible manner.Coach and mentor our drilling teams to achieve optimum results for all stakeholders.Key Requirements: Suitable experience in the oil and gas industry with a combination of operational and business assignments.Upto date drilling certificationsMust have Australian work rights Australia - QLD Gold Coast
