Our EPCM client is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our high performing Engineering team to work on a number of exciting brownfields projects. As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the client's 2 prominent assets

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out assigned Electrical Engineering activities within the team from project start-up to project close-out
• Supervising and assisting engineers as required with their tasks
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, consistency of work quality and that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable codes and standards, procedures and the basis of design
• Ensuring all interfaces (inter-discipline, client, implementation, fabrication, vendor, etc) are identified and managed in the execution of all projects
• Managing assigned work to meet project needs and proactively working with other team members to ensure that project goals are met
• Ensuring change is identified, approved and implemented in an effective and timely manner
• Ensuring costs are effectively controlled on assigned work and ensuring work is completed within budgeted timeframes
• Being an active member in creating and maintaining a culture of HSE leadership that genuinely values no harm to the environment and values our peoples safety, health and well being.

Requirements:

• Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience with 33kV switch gears
• 415v 6.6kV switch gear experience
• Power systems studies
• Solid Electrical Engineering background at a senior level with design experience
• Solid experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including offshore platform experience.
