My client is a global leader in the exploration & production of coal seam gas.Based in Brisbane's CBDFor further details please contact Paul Still - 07 3218 2150Lead Production ForecasterThe purpose of this position within Upstream Operations is to maintain an accurate view of gas + water X+24/36 production forecast working with the necessary technical stakeholders to gather inputs and asset leadership stakeholders to ensure business strategy and long term field development objectives are taken into account.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for preparation of accurate short and medium term estimates of gross and net production volumes on the basis of verifiable assumptions: Prepare and submit a rolling 24/36 month (X+24/36) view of expected gas and water production volumes (gross and net), in comparison with Budget and Actual productionEnsure forecasts are generated, presented and submitted in accordance with the Production Forecasting Processes - ensure processes are fit for purpose and accurately documentedAnalyse variance of previous forecasts in comparison with Actual production volumes to identify the underlying causes of positive and/or negative variance and the implications for future forecasts. Liaise with Loss Management and RCA to resolveKey Requirements:Relevant performance management experience and expertise gained within the Oil & Gas industry and preferably in an Upstream environmentExperience influencing a wide set of stakeholders ranging from senior management to technical expertsExperience collating and analysing large volumes of technical/numerate data to generate senior management reports Australia - QLD Toowoomba & Darling Downs

Lead Production Forecaster
