  • Understanding of the Australian compliance environment
  • Demonstrated line supervisory experience

  • A strong personal commitment to HSSE
  • Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills with staff development capability
  • Must be articulate and possess a full range of effective management skills, including team-building skills
